Dale "Mac" McIntosh, president of Custom Powder Systems (CPS), has led a group of manager/owners at the company since June 2005, when they purchased the powder handling division of Custom Metalcraft, Inc., where he had been the general manager for five years. Dale began his career in the bulk dry material handling industry in 1965 with Tote Systems in Beatrice, NE, which eventually led to his tenure as general manager/managing director for Tote Systems of Fort Worth, TX. McIntosh's strengths as a senior executive are derived from his expertise in technical sales engineering, custom applications, and development, as well as his many years of experience in general sales management, strategic execution, and business-to-business sales.
