Our Manchester New Hampshire manufacturing staff also offers in house and on-site restoration, preventive maintenance and calibration services. This same staff is available to you for onsite installation and validation of your Pharmatron testers in compliance with current USP, FDA and cGMP guidelines and standards.
Only Pharmatron testers are serviced, validated and calibrated by the same engineers and technicians who build them. Prompt attention and concern for your testers serviceability is our number one priority. Our in-house service turn around time is less than 3 work days. No other manufacturer can make this claim! In addition, to help ensure the quality of your products are not compromised while we service your tester we'll provide you with a free loaner if you need one. Loaners are allocated on a case by case basis dependent upon need and the availability of the required tester.
Q. Do you service testers other than those made by Pharmatron?
A. Yes, we also offer service on Kramer models 3SC, 3S, UST and Fette Check Master 3, Electrolab, Computest, IRL, Mettler Balances, and Mitutoyo Gauges.
Q. What do I have to do to send you a tester for in-house service.
A. If you want to send us a tester for service or calibration simply call for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Should we find your tester is in need of service we will send you an estimate for parts and labor and await your purchase order before we begin working on your tester. The labor fee includes nominal diagnostic fee.
Q. Do you offer service contracts?
A. We offer annual service contracts that cover parts and labor. The fee is based upon the make and model of the tester.
Q. What is the warranty on service?
A. The warranty on service is 90 days for parts and labor.
Q. Is your on-site service limited to the North East and Middle Atlantic states?
A. We will travel to your facility regardless of its location. Travel fees are pro-rated among customers. Your portion of the travel fee will be discussed when we schedule your service request.
