Tablet Press 1090i WiP & Containment

Fitting a highly developed containment package to a WiP press opens up quite new possibilities in the growing field of processing highly toxic granulates. Emission-free cleaning allows fast, safe product changeover with least workplace pollution.

In order that adhesive product residues can easily be loosened and removed from the compression chamber, the innovative containment package for the 1090i WiP includes a manually operated spray gun and vacuum cleaner nozzle. An integrated RTP (Rapid Transfer Port) provides a means for introducing tools (acting as a material lock). Six ergonomic glove ports in the window flaps make it possible to reach the entire compression chamber, while the contamination-free supply of materials is permitted by the Glatt SKS DN 100 flap system.
