FFF Enterprises Signs Flu Vaccine Agreement With GlaxoSmithKline

Temecula, CA - FFF Enterprises Inc., a healthcare corporation based in Temecula, recently announced that GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has awarded FFF a contract for the U.S. distribution of GSK's influenza vaccine, Fluarix(TM), for the 2006-2007 season. FFF helped launch Fluarix in the United States as a preferred distributor during the current 2005-2006 flu season.

"This new agreement is truly an honor," said Patrick M. Schmidt, FFF's president and CEO. "It culminates the first season of our relationship with GSK, during which we've been able to help the company successfully launch GSK's new brand for early delivery in the United States. Our customers have accepted Fluarix, and satisfaction appears quite high. Now we look forward to working with the GSK team again -- they are great partners!"

FFF's manufacturing partners appreciate the company's unique distribution business model, which assures that their products move only from the manufacturer to FFF to healthcare providers, protecting the product -- and healthcare consumers -- from the risks and irresponsible pricing of secondary and gray pharmaceutical market transactions.

"FFF and our manufacturing partners remain dedicated to a well-defined and responsible channel for our patients' safety and for the protection of our partners' valuable brands," Schmidt concluded.
