Filter Specialists, Inc. (FSI) introduced their new Polymicro seamless filter bag, the BOS. The BOS is revolutionizing liquid filtration technology. The stitched seams of conventional filter bags allow fluid bypass through the needle holes. The seamless construction of this filter bag eliminates bypass and the composition of thermally-bonded 100% pure polypropylene microfibers excludes any bonding agent contaminates from entering the process stream.

The BOS is said to be the ideal choice for a wide variety of high purity applications, such as dairy, edible oil, sugar syrup, soft drinks, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, paints, coatings, plating solutions, potable water, and electronic grade water used in semiconductor manufacturing.
