FlaskScrubber® Glassware Washer Offers Greater Cycle Flexibility

The FlaskScrubber Glassware Washer is designed to thoroughly wash and dry narrow-necked laboratory glassware, Spindles inject water directly into narrow-necked flasks and other glassware, clearing hard-to-reach residue. Moisture is then vacuumed from the glassware for thorough drying.

The sleek control panel permits the user to select from seven microprocessor controlled programs. Touchpad controls and LED display allow the user to change wash and dry cycle duration and number of rinses Steam and multiple purified water rinses may also be selected. Cycle progress is displayed digitally for immediate visual feedback from beginning to end. The user may also view the cycle in progress through an optional viewing window on the stainless steel door. On models with this exclusive feature, an interior light illuminates while the door is latch.

Dual heaters boost water and glassware temperatures during all cycles. All models can reach 140º F (60º C). For effective cleaning and sanitizing of glassware with stubborn residues, 230 volt models reach 180º F (82º C).

The front door and sides are Type 304 stainless steel, complementing the interior racks and inserts and mirror-bright stainless steel tank. An optional stainless stand elevates the washer to a convenient height for loading and unloading. The stand has storage space to hold detergent and other accessories.

Labconco also manufactures the SteamScrubber® Glassware Washer, specially designed to wash and dry beakers, petri dishes, BOD bottles, culture tubes and other general purpose labware. All washers are available in undercounter, freestanding and mobile models.
