Kansas City, MO — The FlaskScrubber Vantage Series Glassware Washer offers a left-side cabinet to hold detergent and neutralizing acid rinse dispensers. A pump automatically feeds liquid detergent to the washer during the wash cycle and a pump automatically feeds neutralizing acid rinse to the washer during the rinse cycle. Separate alarms alert the user when either are low.

A HEPA filter removes particulates from the air introduced during the forced air drying cycle. A RS232 port transmits temperature, cycle phase, water level, water conductivity and voltage information to a customer–supplied PC or chart recorder.

A water conductivity sensor measures water quality, which is displayed on the control panel. The sensor helps monitor the removal of contaminants and detergent carryover at the final rinse cycles.

The Vantage Series Washer offers expanded cycle selections and programmability: up to 6 pure water rinses per wash program can be selected and the wash and rinse temperatures can be adjusted from 100º F to 180º F.

Like the standard FlaskScrubber models, the Vantage Series can also be further customized with an Upper Spindle Rack or Adjustable Height Upper Rack, along with a wide variety of accessory basket inserts.
