Flexible Bulk Container

The Cubix flexible intermediate bulk container, manufactured by Walpole and distributed by Stone Container Corporation, retains its square shape after filling without the use of internal baffles that can trap the contents.

The bag's inner structure ensures that it will remain square, allowing filled bags to fit closer together and conserve production, warehouse, and transportation space. The block-shaped bag fits better on pallets than cylindrical bulk bags, and maximizes the cube space in trailers during shipping. The internal harness in the bag provides stability—even for low-density products that commonly topple in conventional bulk bags.

The containers can be made to hold from 20 to 100 cubic feet of product, and are rated for 3,000 pound capacities. The bags are well-suited to applications in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and mineral industries.
