Fluoroware and Empak Merge; Become Entegris
Fluoroware (Chaska, MN), manufacturer of Cynergy sanitary components, and Empak (Colorado Springs, CO), a materials management supplier to the semicondutor industry, have completed their previously announced merger plans. The new company will be called Entegris Inc. and will provide customer service, innovative products, and solid solutions for the management of critical materials to the semiconductor, data storage, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing industries.
