The Sanitary Pump's flow is infinitely adjustable from zero flow to full capacity. Even at top capacity, the air-cushioned diaphragms won't rough-up the product. Specifically designed for shear-sensitive materials, the pump safely handles fruits, vegetables, sauces and soups.
The Sanitary design allows quick disassembly for mechanical cleaning. It features easy-turnable screws and clamp fittings as well as removable ball and flap valves. Riding inside this USDA-Accepted and 3-A Standard pump is a smooth, electropolished stainless steel chamber. The few moving parts are readily accessible for inspection.
