Supporting projects from proof of concept and feasibility through to scale-up and clinical manufacture, Upperton specializes in a range of oral, nasal, and pulmonary dosage forms.

Upperton’s oral dosage form capabilities include blending, dry granulation, milling, and coating for tablets and capsules, working with small molecules, biologics, and new chemical entities for batch sizes up to 250 kg. For nasal and pulmonary dosage forms, Upperton provides expertise in powder and liquid formulations, including spray drying and micronization, as well as device filling.
