Slide Gate Technology

The airgap below the dosing disc is closed. In consequence with the patented slide gate system the product loss is significantly reduced, which leads to a considerable yield increase.

Besides minimizing the dust impact of the product in the machine, the slide gate system also offers the possibility to run pellets or granules on the same dosing station.

Feedback Loop

Working in line with a checkweigher, trends are monitored and the dosing system adjusted automatically to assure highest yield.
