GMX-Lab 10: High Shear Granulator Mixer

The new GMX-Lab 10 is a wet granulation system designed for processing flexibility with two (2) interchangeable processing bowls for product and process development. The self-contained system is portable and requires no tools to interchange the 4 and 8 liter capacity bowls and mixing blades. An integrated storage area is built into the base of the machine for non-used component storage.

The unit is a top-drive granulation mixing system that is designed with engineered scalability to be consistent with bowl and blade geometries and proportional blade tip speeds of the Vector production GMX systems.

A color touchscreen process control system with multiple end-point detection parameters (mixer power, granulation time and delivered solution amount) is standard. The mixer and chopper blade speeds are user defined and settable. The system is rated for solvent based solutions.
