Granulator

The Granulator is specially designed for the reduction of both wet and dry materials into a granular product to a specific size distribution. Changeover from product to product is simple and rapid. The entire stainless steel working section can be removed, thoroughly cleaned and replaced in minutes.

Narrow Size Range
Smooth oscillating motion of the stainless steel rotor bar reduces product to a narrow product size distribution with a minimum of fines.

Easy Cleaning
Highly polished stainless steel feed hopper is sanitary and easily removed from the drive unit for washing and cleaning.

Portability
Unit is designed with a low center of gravity, heavy duty casters, self contained motor, and controls for ease of moving from one area to another.

Optional Benefits

• Hopper Lid: recommended for granulation of dusty materials, or hard, lumpy materials that can be easily knocked out of the hopper by rotor action.
• Discharge Funnel: Especially useful to confine dust and to direct product to a tray or drum receiver. Four-inch square discharge port has a raised rim to attach flexible sleeve connections.
