Growth Direct® System — Rapid, Reliable, And Fully Automated Microbial QC
The Growth Direct® System is a fully automated microbial quality control platform designed for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities with high sample throughput.
The system is supported by a complete range of application-specific consumables, all provided in a compendial equivalent format using ready-to-use 55 mm diameter cassettes. Each cassette features a protective ridge that prevents contamination during sampling handling, and black-coloured membranes that create a high contrast background for reliable, accurate colony detection. For environmental monitoring, cassettes are available with TSA supplemented with neutralizers to neutralize commonly used sanitizers and disinfectants. For bioburden testing, cassettes contain either TSA or SDA, with dedicated filtration funnels fitted with a 0.45 µm membrane filter precisely matched to the cassettes. For water testing, cassettes are supplied with R2A agar, ensuring broad compatibility across all major microbial QC applications on a single platform. Complementing the consumables range, the MAS-100 Sirius® Microbial Air Sampler is the ideal companion instrument for the Growth Direct® System, engineered to work perfectly with the 55 mm cassettes for a fully integrated EM workflow.
