Hanningfield Wins The Queen's Awards For Enterprise 2018

Hanningfield Process Systems is delighted to announce that the company has been awarded the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise 2018 in the category of International Trade.

The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are the UK’s most prestigious business awards. It recognises a company’s contribution to UK exports but also looks at its role within the local community, environmental impact and the quality of its relationships with suppliers, partners, employees and customers.

Hanningfield is an independent family-owned business specialising in the design and manufacture of process machinery for the pharmaceutical industry. Almost all manufacturing operations are undertaken at the UK factory in Rochford, Essex.

The company has achieved outstanding growth in overseas sales, with exports representing a significant and ever-increasing proportion of company revenue. There has also been a significant rise in employee numbers at the UK factory, which has been necessary to fulfil increasing customer demand and ensure that high quality products continue to be delivered as the company grows.

Upon winning this prestigious award, Hanningfield has been invited to a Royal Reception at Buckingham Palace later in the year. At the reception, company representatives will be given a Grant of Appointment and a commemorative crystal bowl. The Queen's Award enjoys global recognition and is valid for five years.
