Many of our key personnel at Helix Medical, Inc. have been in the Medical Device Industry for many, many years and held executive positions at American Heyer Schulte prior to 1984. Our senior corporate officers at Helix, Mr. Edmund Seder, Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Edward Jesle, Chief Financial Officer, were Vice Presidents at American Heyer Schulte covering the areas of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance, as well as Accounting & Finance, respectively.
