The Hi-Scope Systems Company, established in 1990, is the American (both North and South) distributor for the unique HIROX Hi-Scope Video Microscope Systems. Being designed for use exclusively with CCD cameras these modular, integrated microscope systems offer many performance and operational advantages. Based on a common interface, the integrated light source/video control unit can be mated to lenses giving less than 1x up to 5000x magnification. Incorporating patented designs the lenses have enhanced depth of field, variable lighting angle, wide zoom ranges, multifunction modular design and patented Rotation 3D viewing. The systems are, nonetheless, simple to use and ruggedly designed, fitting the needs of applications as diverse as wafer inspection in FABs, medical device R&D and production line and quality assurance facilities.
