The Seidenader VI Series are high performance inspection machines for a wide range of parenteral products, liquid or lyophilized solutions or opaque suspensions, cosmetic defects and particle inspections combined in one machine.

A modular design allows to build a customized machine from standardized modules. A new patented handling concept allows to feed the containers smoothly at the fastest possible rate and separate the containers to inspect at an optimal pitch product to product. Fields of application:
Clear liquids, suspensions and lyophilized products in ampules, cartridges, vials and bottles up to 100 ml.

Inspection criteria liquid products:
Particles, floating particles, fibers, glass, fill level.

Inspection criteria lyophilized products:
Melt back, shrunken cake, discoloration, particulate on cake, unlyophilized product, fill level.

Inspection criteria for vials (optional):
Position and color of flip-off cap, color of crimp cap, missing stopper, dents and scratches in the crimp cap, seal crimp defects, scratches, cracks in sidewall and bottom, dirt.

Inspection criteria for ampoules (optional):
Deformations in ampule tip, burn marks, color ring code, cracks in ampule tip, sidewall and bottom, scratches, dirt.
