The Top-Flo® Series 77 High Purity Ball Valve has been developed to specifically address the stringent guidelines of the pharmaceutical and bio-processing industries. Seat material is manufactured from TFM and meets U.S. Pharmacopoeia Class VI certification. Patented viewing windows facilitate stem seal leak detection.
They offer superior leak detection, thanks to a live-loaded packing system with Bellville washers and double "V" ring packing. Available in sizes ½" through 4" clamp or butt weld, these valves feature: :
- Type 316L stainless steel on body, ball, stem and end connections
- Your choice of sanitary clamp or extended tube OD ends
- ISO 5211 mounting pad
- PTFE/TFM seats
- Available pneumatic or electric actuation
