The NV-II HS automatic self-adhesive labeling machine changes to accommodate cylindrical, flat, square, or oval plastic or glass containers measuring 10mm-150mm with minimal change parts. Independent variable speed controls for product conveying speed and label application speed ensure that all containers or label materials are accurately labeled. The stepper motor web feed provides consistent, repeatable performance at up to 150 containers per minute.

Designed to meet cGMP for the pharmaceutical industry, the system offers a range of options, including hot foil and bar code readers for multi-product packaging lines. The labeler is compatible with most integrated turnkey pharmaceutical packaging systems and meets FDA standards for equipment validation. The labeler provides full documentation for all machine functions, including IQ, OQ, DQ, and MQ protocols.
