Highly Precise Cross-Speed Capsule Filling Machine: Modu-C Cs
Scale oral solid dose production with a modular capsule filling system featuring rapid trolley changeovers, high-containment isolation, and inline weight verification.

With an output of up to 43,500 capsules per hour, the Modu-C CS sets new standards when it comes to capsule filling machines, providing solutions from the development stage all the way through to small-scale commercial production.

The Modu-C CS sets new standards when it comes to capsule filling machines
Whether it is the patented segment turret, in-process control (IPC), or 100% weight check, the robust processes guarantee a simple, stable, and transparent production. The Modu-C CS, supported by individual product infeed and state-of-the-art dosing technology, provides optimal results for even the smallest quantities and the most complex rheological properties.

In-Process Control and 100% Weight Check allow for simple, transparent and accurate production
The Modu-C CS offers protection concepts for all capsule applications, even for powders with OEL < 1 µg/OEB 5 requirements. A trolley concept enables a rapid change of dosing systems for maximum flexibility. The individual choice of dosing system and product feeding depends on the product properties – true to the Harro motto, “the product defines the process.”

Harro’s Trolley Concept: Rapid Interchange of Dosing Systems
Different dosing methods are used depending on the powder properties and the type of filling medium. The dosing systems are mounted onto trolleys to allow for quick and easy exchanges.
Up to three different dosing stations can be installed on a single trolley. This makes it possible to combine several media in one capsule. The trolley system increases machine uptime by keeping maintenance, sanitization and setup separate from the basic machine.

The Harro Advantage
- Dosing a wide range of powders and other products
- Operator protection concepts for all capsule applications
- Accurate results with all powder blends, engineered particles, spray-dried powders, pure active ingredients, and more
- Rapid dosing system changeovers
- A range of different modular functions possible
- 100% gross weighing of each individual capsule
- Weighing accuracy +/– 0.1 mg
- Compact footprint with reduced downstream equipment
- Highly economical with product-saving processes
