Coarse Grinding and Pre-Breaking
The Kek Kibbler - Pre breaker is designed to work in conjunction with other Kek mills or as a stand alone coarse grinding mill. Designed to accept lumps up to 150 mm diameter and reduce them to 2-3 mm within a narrow particle size distribution and with minimal fines. Typical rate range from 2 - 25 tons/hour dependant upon the material.
Intermediate Grinding
Designed for intermediate size reduction, the
cone mill provides a gentle, low energy form of
milling. Used for a wide range of granulation
applications including fatty, heat sensitive,
sticky, moist or fragile products. It alleviates
traditional milling problems including noise,
dust and heat The gentle grinding action of
KEK Cone Mills, capable of control within fine
limits, maintains a close particle size
distribution with minimal fine generation,
typically grinding from 25 mm to 250 µm.
