The Hata "Industrial Strength" Press produces large tablets requiring high compression without sacrificing productivity. This high-tonnage, high-output Hata Press has a maximum compression force rating of fifteen (15) tons for the 51- station model, and thanks to this specially engineered system, it can handle the production of large round or shaped tablets with ease. The 51-station press utilizes Dsize tooling with a 1.5 inch O.D. die and a punch with a 1.0 inch diameter barrel. With the same press frame, the 77-station model produces a maximum output of 10,780 tablets per minute utilizing B-size tooling with a .945 inch O.D. die.
