• Matcon provide dust-tight filling systems for our complete range of IBC's for process manufacturing
• 'Standard' or 'High containment' options are available
• Standard filling systems may be engaged to the inlet of the IBC manually or automatically

• High containment applications use the Matcon patented Containment Transfer System CTS for process manufacturing
• All systems may be configured for 'self venting' or connected to filtered vents or extraction systems as appropriate to the material and rate of transfer
• Monitoring of IBC weight or level may be carried out if necessary

IBC Containment Transfer System

The Containment Transfer System (CTS) is part of the unique Matcontainer range of equipment for the processing, storage and distribution of solids. It enables the automatic contained transfer of materials from bulk storage and process vessels to Matcon IBCs without operator intervention to remove and replace lids.

The automated filling system for IBCs and other vessels reduces operator exposure level (OEL) to potentially dangerous dry material spillage. The CTS meets the ever increasing demands of containment throughout the filling process for Pharmaceutical, Food and Chemical industries.

The CTS is engineered to meet the highest hygiene and safety standards and to provide ease of cleaning and maintenance.
