ID Technology high end, high-speed labeling system

ID Technology has partnered with Hoppmann Corporation to manufacture a high-speed prime labeling system. The M-Series products are high-end industrial cabinet-based systems that have features and benefits of the most expensive prime labeling equipment at an economical price. These systems can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the Hoppmann V1 applicator heads to accurately apply decorative labels to containers and packages at high speeds. The labeling systems were designed for the application of a wide variety of prime preprinted labels including paper, foils and films at speeds up to 2,400 inches of label web per minute.

Additional modules such as spacing wheels, full wrap stations, timing screws are available as well as stainless steel and wash-down versions. The systems require minimal change over time and most components are plug and play.

The M-Series labeling systems are capable of labeling a wide variety of products. Three standard in-line models can be set up in 20 different configurations based on specific labeling requirements.
