Image Analysis Equipment

The company's Industrial Products Group, Interphex 2000 Booth No. 2431, will be featuring fiberscopes, borescopes, videoscopes, the Encore digital, high-speed video camera system, the PT36-300 pipe camera system and L-VIS large vessel inspection system, along with equipment for image analysis, for inspecting pipes, tanks, and other inaccessible areas as well as troubleshooting high-speed pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes.

The PT36-300 sends clear, color images from within pipes up to 100 feet long. Portable, lightweight and durable, it can be operated on either 100V-240V AC power or 12V dc power. Images can be stored, measured and e-mailed with the addition of the DSM Digital Store & Measure System. The portable L-VIS Large Vessel Inspection System offers high-resolution color video images, telescoping poles (extendable to user's specifications), pan 360°, tilt ± 150°, zoom, auto or manual focus.

The Encore digital and Encore PCI high-speed video systems allow recording of up to 8,000 frames per second for all types of motion analysis applications. The PCI system features multiple camera support and PC image transfer. Multiple high-speed video images can be stored directly to PC hard drives or removable CDs and then analyzed to measure speed, distance, acceleration, displacement and elapsed time.

The company will also be showing our NEW 3-D Stereo Measurement System, which delivers highly accurate measurement results- repeatable time after time, inspector to inspector- just point and shoot.
