M 53 In-Line Intermittent Motion Filling And Capping Monobloc

The intermittent motion machine model M 53 (available in either single or double pitch versions) represents great innovation in pharmaceutical packaging machine design.

M 53 machine model offers the capability to handle glass and plastic bottles and vials; droppers of different styles, rubber stoppers etc.;, as well as closures, which include different types of screw cap and aluminium crimp applications.

Bottle (or vial) transport is carried out by mean of a "comb" system that moves the bottles through the machine without the use of a belts or starwheels to eliminate particulate generation. All operations are performed in-line.

The M 53 machine dimensions have been reduced to an minimum making it particularly suitable for installation under isolator technology.
