In-Line Moisture Analyzer

The KJT30 is a small and light in-line system that provides measurement accuracy in a size to fit most applications. It continues the use of smart sensor design, allowing measurement without connection to controllers, PCs, or other cumbersome I/O devices. 4-20mA and RS485/RS232 connections allow for local process control, remote integration into any data collection protocol, plus unlimited versatility whether adding new process lines or upgrading existing processes.

The unit uses Near-Infrared light to measure product composition in liquid and solid streams. With a refresh rate of 0.5 seconds, the unit can be used to measure extremely variable and rapidly changing products, as well as processes where quality is critical. When the monitoring capabilities of the analyzer are integrated with the Kett Tracker data collection and analysis software, improved error detection, analysis, and product quality result.

The analyzer can be used to measure pharmaceuticals, chemicals, textiles, foods, pulp and paper, minerals, lubricants, and personal care products. In fact, almost any liquid or solid can be accurately measured. Some of the applications being successfully measured include:
