A typical pharmaceutical application is a vapor recovery system where this analyzer is used to measure solvent breakthrough at the outlet of an activated charcoal adsorber.
The infrared analyzer keeps track of calibrations, faults, and other diagnostic parameters storing them for interrogation by the operator. It can be used in a Class I Division 2 hazardous area without purging. Isolation of the sample cell from the electronics prevents corrosion and avoids the need for purge systems even when measuring flammable samples. Autocalibration, pressure compensation and other options are also available.
