Some of the features their service offers are:
- Early detection of temperature hot spots ( not yet visible to the naked eye)
- Complete coke removal during steam-air decoke procedures (without exceeding tube critical temperatures)
- Increased fired heater capacity – less time to turn around a heater during an outage
- Quantitative (as well as visual) results let you know whether or not equipment is operating beyond its allowable temperature
- Identify and inventory refractory repair s necessary before a shutdown
