C96-A96 blister and cartoner system has been designed for the highest outputs and efficiency that can be reached in the world: 1300 blisters/minute.

It is constructed with high-level technological concepts that guarantee reliability and efficiency throughout the entire packaging process with the shortest changeover and cleaning times. The line concept is based on continuous running, which offers big advantages with all packaging materials. It can work blister cards on 2 or 3 lanes and switch quickly and easily from two to three lanes and vice versa. The line features the greatest performance and high flexibility that is also due to the positive blister transfer system.

Size changeover is particularly quick and reduces the downtimes to a minimum because it is computer-assisted and very few parts have to be exchanged. All size parts are easily removed simply by pulling them out or sliding them in, without the use of a key.

Each format setting is stored in the computer, so that production parameters are precisely repeatable.
