Source: Integrity Pharmaceuticals
Privately held Integrity Pharmaceutical Corp. (Fishers, IN) has purchased the Stuartnatal line of prenatal vitamins from Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories (Philadelphia) for an undisclosed amount. The purchase includes all U.S. rights to market and manufacture Stuartnatal Plus and Prenatal Plus, both prenatal vitamin supplements sold by prescription only, and Stuart Prenatal, a prenatal vitamin supplement available over the counter (OTC).

According to Keith Gates, CEO of Integrity, the Stuartnatal vitamin line will complement Integrity's strategy of providing quality pharmaceutical products to health care professionals in the obstetrics community. The combined market for all prenatal vitamins in 1999 was approximately $109 million.

Integrity will assume the distribution of the three products immediately.
