The Key model K-1000 inspection belt is designed to provide maximum efficiency for inspection of tablets / capsules.
Tablets / capsules are metered out of a stainless steel bulk product hopper across a set of solid lexan rollers. The lexan rollers move tablets / capsules along at a variable speed, which is controlled by the operator. Additionally the rollers can be counter-rotated to provide additional time to visually inspect and reject unwanted product. Rejected product is removed by the operator via a vacuum wand and collected in a canister for off-line evaluation.
