Kemutec Powder Technologies Technical Center is one of the most comprehensive powder processing test facilities in North America. Fully equipped to demonstrate full-scale production, pilot and lab size equipment, the facility allows for first-hand evaluation and recording of trial results. The Testing Facility is equipped to test special requirements, including grinding at low and cryogenic temperatures or under inert atmospheres, assuring that Kemutec offers the best processing equipment for your application.

Test Processes

• Mixing and blending with ribbon and double-cone blenders
• Granulation with the Kek Cone Mill
• Grinding with the Kek Kibbler Pre-Breaker Mill, Kek Universal Mill, and PPS Air Classifier Mills
• Sifting and screening with the Kek Centrifugal Sifter
