Assay development is often the slowest step between choosing a gene and measuring its expression. Two predesigned RT-qPCR options address it from different angles. The primer line offers up to three forward and reverse pairs per gene for common model organisms, with one oligo per tube, defined GC content, melting temperature, and length ranges, and mass spec verified sequences. The probe line covers nearly every gene, spans exon-exon junctions where possible, excludes known SNP positions, and captures as many transcript variants as possible. Its minor groove binder and non-fluorescent quencher chemistry allow shorter probes with elevated Tm and negligible background.
