Kilian KTS 500 tablet press

The new Kilian KTS 500 is a medium size production tablet press designed for easy operation and easy cleaning.

All components are designed with smooth surface and can be easily cleaned. The die table can be taken out without removing the punches, while the force feeder and the tablet discharge are hinged and can swing out for easy access and cleaning.

Since the mechanical area and the compression area are completely separated and sealed off, there is no risk of product penetration into the lower compartment of the machine: this means no risks of cross contamination and less maintenance operations. The rotating seal ring guarantees also 100% 'black spot' free tablets.

The very well proven hydraulic overload system makes sure that punches don't break in the event of overload.

On the safety and ergonomic aspect the new KTS 500 is running at an extreme low noise level. The world-wide standard of less then 80 dB (A) is easily achieved.

The 'electronic hand-wheel' allows a quick and precise set up of the machine. With the state of the art quality control system 'ViCon' an automatic machine set up is possible. A touch screen comes standard with it.
