kPortal provides a revolutionary way for information consumers to manage, review and disseminate the vast knowledge contained in compound documents, regulatory submissions and other large publications . . . offering unique collaboration capabilities. Specifically, it is geared toward aiding in the review, management and dissemination of PDF publications created from Liquent's Web-enabled knowledge publishing products, such as CoreDossierX and kPublisher. It is seamlessly integrated to both products, so that a user simply indicates that the PDF output should be registered with a specific kPortal server upon publishing. Further, it is meant to complement an enterprise corporate portal, providing specialized functionality for consuming compliance-related documents.
