Laboratory Homogenizer

XLR Laboratory Homogenizer is designed as an R&D tool for product development, ingredient optimization and process simulation. Its strengths include small batch mixing, blending, and dispersion over a wide range of viscosities. Like its larger counterparts, this homogenizer features a skewed turbine to continuously draw unrefined material from the bottom of the mixing vessel, forcing it to pass through the stator openings.In addition, it entrains and hydrates dry powders while running in reverse operation.

The laboratory homogenizer includes a variety of mechanical features including a push button raise/lower mechanism. Its fully integrated touch panel allows the user to program mixer speed, run time and mixing head rotation, while a memory function stores common mixing programs for hassle-free future retrieval.
