Liburdi Engineering is an industry leader in the development of automated, vision based welding systems for turbine, aerospace, industrial and tube mill applications, and has extensive metallurgical, engineering, robotics, controls and vision expertise for new product development and turnkey welding solutions. The Liburdi line of LAWS™ automated welding systems is the industry standard for welding compressor and turbine blades and vanes, while the Dabber automated welding systems are widely used for seal and rotor applications. Liburdi Engineering specializes in technologies including the refurbishment of superalloy components, LPM powder metallurgy joining and cladding processes and CVD and PVD coating systems. Our unique low temperature coating processes provide enhanced oxidation, corrosion or erosion protection using modern, compact, environmentally friendly equipment.

Liburdi also manufactures the Dimetrics line of orbital welding and pipe welding equipment. Liburdi Dimetrics manufactures an extensive range of orbital welding products and precision rotary positioners using advanced technologies acquired from Dimetrics, Hobart and Merrick Engineering and enhanced by Liburdi. These specialized GTAW, PAW and MIG systems and controllers are used extensively for precision welding of tube and pipe, medical devices, bellows, molds, and automotive components. The Pulsweld line of precision welding power sources are renowned for accuracy and repeatablility with proven performance in aerospace, nuclear, medical, automotive, tube mills and research and development applications.The Pulsweld power sources are configured for both GTAW and PAW welding and along with the patented Variable Polarity systems are the technology of choice for critical aerospace welding applications such as space launch vehicles. Merrick Weldline, provides to the industry, welding systems and seamers. For a variety of industrial applications including roll welders, cryogenic tank welding systems and cladding systems for special applications.
