Life Sciences Business Growth Drives BioConvergence To Expand
BioConvergence LLC, a Bloomington, Indiana-based contract solutions provider to the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, announced today an expansion of its Bloomington headquarters to serve its clients in the fast-growing biotech and pharmaceutical services sector.
BioConvergence will add approximately 20,000 SF to its existing 50,000 SF facility to accommodate growing demand from its clients, particularly in its cGMP materials management business unit. The expansion also adds approximately 15 new employees to its existing employee base of 21 full time employees and includes a multi-million dollar investment in facilities & equipment.

BioConvergence makes this announcement one year after its Grand Opening Celebration in April 2006, where it dedicated its existing facility. The company received tax abatements and other incentives from the State of Indiana and Monroe County for its substantial financial investment and for planned growth of its employee base over the next several years.
