The PW and NPW series cappers use three spinning rollers to seal vials tight
Genesis Machinery Products, Inc.and NPW series cappers use three spinning rollers to seal vials tight. Two of the rollers provide the initial crimp of the seal while the third acts as a finisher to tuck the metal under the vial flange. Bottom spring pressure controls stopper pre-compression and is adjustable for a range of stopper sizes and durometers. Four models are available in this line: PW-200, PW-500, NPW-500, and NPW-575.
