Linpac's ROPAK 4048ns pallet-sized container

Linpac Materials Handling introduces the new ROPAK 4048ns. A plastic, reusable, collapsible, pallet-sized container ideal for transport, storage and in-process handling of products for the pharmaceuticals industry including preforms, caps, crowns, closures and bulk pharmaceuticals.

With a 40" x 48" footprint, the 4048ns series comes in seven heights: 25", 29", 34", 42", 47" and 50". The container replaces single trip paper, cardboard and metal packaging. All ROPAKs are made of premium grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and copolymer polypropylene (CPP) for durability and are available in a variety of heights and configurations.

The 4048ns features non-sequential folding sidewalls for easier use and drop doors with articulating hinges, allowing the open door to lay flat against the side of the container. This provides tighter, safer storage and increased application versatility. Doors that open on opposing or adjacent sides of the container can be specified.

The containers provide excellent product protection with load capacities up to 2,000 lbs., collapse to a fraction of their height for compact storage and shipping, and can be stacked up to 6-high to conserve floor space.
