The MA352/357 automatic continuous motion horizontal cartoning machine, produced by Marchesini Group, is an extremely versatile machine, built with a full balcony structure to allow complete visibility and inspection. The structure guarantees effective separation of the mechanical zone and the product and carton conveyor zone. As result, total and easy identification and removal of any residues is possible at the end of a batch.

The large capacity carton magazine is located in an ideal position for ergonomic loading and is well away from all machine mechanism.

Cartons are fed into the machine on driven belts and feed is regulated by the number of cartons drawn from the magazine. Product insertion into the carton, arriving in a previously loaded bucket chain, achivied with a set of pushers placed opposite the operator side following the continuous motion of the lug chain.
