MAC S-100

The MAC S-100 is a blister packaging machine designed for economical smaller batch production. It is capable of 20 to 100 cycles per minute and has an output of up to 100 packs/ minute. It can be used for thermo forming, both with and without plug assist, and also cold forming. It includes four stations: forming, sealing, code date or perforating, and die cutting. The MAC S-100 blister package machine can be changed over without tools and is recipe driven so can be changed over and set up very quickly.

MAC S-300

The MAC S-300 is a blister packaging machine designed for full production batches. It is capable of 15 to 60 cycles per minute with a 160 mm maximum index. It can be used for thermo forming, both with and without plug assist, and also cold forming. It is available with three, four, or five stations: forming, sealing, code date, perforating, and die cutting. The MAC S-300 blister package machine can be changed over without tools and is recipe driven so can be changed over and set up very quickly. The MAC S-300 is available with several options such as a LIXIS inspection system, either color or black and white, and various printers.

Both MAC blister packaging machines are available with various feeders such as a hand feeder tray, brush box, or dedicated feeder.
