Mantra and Perkin Elmer Partner Up
This partnership makes available for pharmaceutical laboratories the data management tools required for FDA compliance. Current FDA regulations require maintenance of safe and secure electronic copies of all data relating to any drug application – from drug discovery through application for FDA approval. The software has a unique capacity to archive, search and organize data through one central electronic repository so that many activities that were once performed manually -such as generating reports or tracking complex documents -are now highly automated.
PerkinElmer's leadership position, as provider of advanced technologies to the pharmaceutical market and it's global network, is expected to accelerate the use of Mantra Software SDMS technology in science-based industries. In turn, Mantra Software software will enhance PerkinElmer's instrumentation reporting and data management capabilities. Under the agreement, Mantra Software will provide versions of its popular NuGenesis™ SDMS software suite to PerkinElmer as a licensed reseller.
