PTF 10E - Single Drum , Single Speed Friability Tester
The PTF 10E instrument is a basic single drum tablet friability tester. The drum rotation speed is fixed at 25 rpm with an accuracy of /- 1 rpm (PTF 10E) or variable within 20 - 70 rpm (PTF 10ER). The total testing time can be set from 1 to 9999 seconds, or alternatively, set the total number of drum revolutions over the range of 1 to 1999.
PTF 20ER - Dual Drum, Variable Speed Friability Tester
The PTF 20ER instrument is a double drum tablet friability tester with the additional feature that the speed of rotation is variable over the range of 20 to 70 rpm with the same accuracy of /- 1 rpm. The other specifications are the same as for the "E" range.
