Siemens Automation Summit Conference
June 23-26, 2014
Disney's Contemporary Resort Lake Buena Vista, Florida

M+W Process Automation will be presenting at Siemens Automation Summit Conference to share best practices, network with Siemens management and peers, receive free training, and get a chance to see the latest products and solutions from Siemens Industrial Automation and Drives Technologies.

This presentation shows how a leading chemical producer achieved maximum production flexibility through the implementation of a modular automation concept, following ISA88 global standards leveraging SIMATIC PCS 7, SIMATIC Batch and SIMATIC IT. While maintaining general recipes inside a global ERP-System, site-specific implementations based on a global concept enable a quick response to changing market demands. Products (about 650 out of about 500 raw materials) can be produced on different locations on multiple continents. Supply Chain flexibility becomes a snap. Location of Installed App: leading chemical customer; Langelsheim Germany and Jackson, US.
