Medical Wound Care Production Equipment

The intermittently operating web processing machine PMT 360 is suitable for the manufacture of wound care products. The system can run at up to 80 or 120 cycles per minute.

The system’s output is product-dependent. Web materials with a width of up to 350 mm can be processed.

The PMT’s machine concept enables flexible and optimized production. Standardized work steps allow for a fast and smooth machine configuration which also offers the possibility to manufacture several product options.

Core processes such as, for example, sealing, cutting and die-cutting are integrated into versions with intermittent advance and are especially designed for material-conserving handling.
