Application:
Transport and storage of liquid materials for the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, paint, plastics and food industries.

Frame: 304 stainless or hot dipped galvanized mild steel

Finish: Interior standard IIB optional polish up to high mirror. Exterior with cleaned welds and strip polished, optional polish up to high mirror. With flush ground welds, all finishes can be certified.

Manway: Standard manways 16" or 18" (larger also available). Screw hinge cover for safe opening and air-tight closing. The easy to remove manway lid is offered with many seal materials, and certifications, such as Silicone, EPDM, and NBR.

Top head connections: 2" tri-Sure Bung with pressed out connection. We can supply any Vent, Tri-Clamp, or Quick-Connection ports you require.

Bottom of Body: Features our unique 100% deep-drawn, easy to clean bottom (viscous products) or shallow-funnel bottom with angle pipe outlet (easy flowing products). Outlet with Tri-clamp or any flange style. We can supply our standard sanitary butterfly, ball valve or the valve of your choice.

Handling: 2 or 4 way forklift handling, stack-able guide top corners and crane lift lugs

Working Pressures: Maximum 1.5 psi/ 0.1 bar (can be increased to 4.5 psi on request)

Approvals: UN-31A Chapter 16 for packaging groups II & III. UN Packaging group II & III Liquids
